Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and articulate claims requirements for various initiatives.
- Analyze and evaluate data flows within claims divisions.
- Foster relationships with essential stakeholders to improve claims workflows.
- Document current and prospective processes while facilitating transitions.
- Convey intricate information clearly to stakeholders.
- Generate high-quality outputs, including requirements documentation and process diagrams.
- Assist in the execution of claims optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in enhancing claims processes.
- Solid grasp of business operations and organizational frameworks.
- Experience in process design, enhancement, and workflow creation.
- Knowledge of claims lifecycle processes and data management.
- Proficient in data interpretation utilizing analytical methods.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Preferred qualifications in Business Analysis.
