Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure excellent performance and development.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and kitchen procedures to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and waste.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and COSHH regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting targets.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and inventory management to maintain accurate records and optimize stock levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, drive growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
