Cloud2 Consult is seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the platform to meet their business needs. You will be responsible for working closely with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet specific business needs.
  • Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and define future needs.
  • Solution Design: Develop and design solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • System Integration: Integrate Business Central with other business applications and third-party systems.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the system.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including system design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements, recommending best practices and system optimizations.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and integrations.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that all system configurations and customizations comply with company policies and industry regulations, including data security and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
  • Programming: Familiarity with AL language and experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other related Microsoft technologies.
  • Project Management: Experience managing full-cycle implementations and a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deployments of Business Central.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in industries such as Finance, retail, or professional services.
