Job Description

Enterprise Application Architect

TRIA is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Application Architect to play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey.

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide application solutions, with a specialization in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). The successful candidate will create as-is and to-be roadmaps and investment levels, working closely with other architects and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and beneficial solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for technology and vendor selection related to enterprise business applications.
  • Collaborate with other architects to ensure enterprise application architecture solutions meet business needs and encourage adoption across the organization.
  • Drive the adoption of enterprise software best-practice principles and solutions, aiming to simplify processes, reduce implementation times, and lower costs.
  • Lead the adoption of new solutions across digital transformation programs.
  • Be the global subject matter expert on enterprise architecture and its constituent solutions, particularly ERP systems for manufacturing, finance, CRM, integrations, and data.
  • Define and configure group-wide policies for the application architecture landscape.
  • Work with partner organizations, vendors, and service integrators to deliver key technology initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise business applications.
  • 5-10 years of experience in ERP systems and related capabilities (order to cash, order to fulfill, record to report, treasury management, purchase to pay, accounts receivable, acquire to retire, and capital expenditure).
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on proven functional experience in Dynamics ERP configuration, standard customization, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development.
  • An expert understanding of COTS software data integration strategies and the aspects of solutions/API-based technology platforms that underpin them.
  • Experience assessing technologies and vendors' offerings in areas such as MS Dynamics 365 modules (e-commerce, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience in a delivery-oriented technology environment using Agile methodologies.
  • A proven track record of successful implementation of several solutions within large client companies.
  • Experience working within a software delivery environment using Agile methodologies and tooling, such as Azure DevOps.
