Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Wine Connoisseur and Paella Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our wine team, you will be responsible for managing our exceptional selection of wines and spirits, recommending and selling these to our guests, and maintaining the wine cellar, stocks, and wine training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our wine cellar, stocks, and wine training programs
  • Recommend and sell wines and spirits to guests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of international wines, with a focus on Spanish wines
  • Collaborate with our chefs and waiters to create a seamless dining experience
  • Participate in wine tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about wine and paella. You will have a good understanding of international wines, with a focus on Spanish wines, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
