Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Bournemouth Carlton Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard within the allocated time frame.
  • Report any damages or breakages promptly to ensure repairs are carried out.
  • Return all equipment to their allotted storerooms at the end of each working day and keep the storerooms and working areas clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with other departments.
  • Physical fitness and ability to carry out the physical demands of the job.
  • Good eye for detail and ability to spot areas that require extra attention.
