Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the focus on cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met throughout the hotel.
  • Assist in the delivery of a first-rate guest experience by providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our Housekeeping processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Housekeeping or related role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
