Main Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Head of Resolution, you will operate with a significant degree of independence, representing the Trust in formal legal proceedings in both Coroners' courts and Civil courts. Your role will involve providing advocacy services in litigation or contentious inquest cases, along with offering general legal and advisory services throughout the Trust.

North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust delivers emergency medical services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to individuals requiring urgent medical treatment and transport.
Our highly trained personnel provide life-saving assistance to patients in the community and facilitate transport to hospitals or care facilities as necessary.
We also offer non-emergency patient transport services for individuals who need assistance traveling to and from hospitals due to their medical conditions.
In collaboration with other emergency services, we ensure public safety and patient care during major incidents.
Additionally, we operate the NHS 111 service in the North West, which was established to streamline access to local NHS healthcare services, providing non-emergency medical assistance around the clock.
