Role Overview

The Marlborough Group is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Group's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Compliance Monitoring Reviews within the Group's Compliance Monitoring Plan to a high-quality standard.
  • Undertake all aspects of the reviews, including business intelligence, scoping, review and interpretation of relevant regulatory rules, and production of risk-based testing plans.
  • Perform field work for the review, including recording evidence of testing, and analyse potential issues to produce high-quality draft and final reports.
  • Agree management actions, record, report, and track them through to completion.
  • Accurately record time spent on monitoring activities to facilitate measurement of compliance monitoring resource.
  • Promote a positive impression of Compliance and a strong compliant culture.
  • Assist with the production of management information for the Board and Committees.
  • Update and maintain the suite of Compliance Monitoring documentation.
