About the Role

The Marlborough Group is a leading investment business that manages over £15 billion for over 200,000 clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Operations Oversight Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Operations Oversight to ensure high-quality output and regulatory compliance of fund accounting and financial reporting activities outsourced to third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and due diligence to ensure adherence to contractual KPIs and service level agreements in respect of Fund Operations.
  • Oversee the delivery of all aspects of fund accounting processes undertaken by the third-party service provider, in accordance with the SORP and FRS102.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that appropriate systems and controls are in place to enable the firm to comply with its obligations.
  • Understand and challenge the output from third-party service providers to ensure the required standards are being achieved.
  • Oversee Fund Operations activities to ensure adherence to business processes and controls designed to meet regulatory standards and the identification and mitigation of operational risk.
