Teaching Assistant Vacancies in South East London

EdEx is working with a number of fantastic Primary and Secondary schools in South East London who are looking for people to join as Teaching Assistants.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to support children with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with SEN in a 1:1 and group setting
  • Providing intervention support and mentorship
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Assisting with lesson planning and preparation
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience working with children in any capacity
  • Previous school-based experience is desirable
  • A bright and bubbly personality, eager to learn
  • A passion for supporting children with SEN
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
