Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with project specifications and managing client-provided information throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely placement of project-specific information in Workspace, hard-copies, and local project folders.
- Review documentation, identify errors, and arrange for necessary corrections to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Verify Supplier Test Certification against Purchase Orders and specifications to ensure material traceability and compliance.
- Chase missing or delayed material test certification from suppliers to prevent delays in the project.
- Assist with Non-Conformance Report (NCR) documents, including creating contracts and downloading reporting information to ensure seamless communication.
- Proven experience in Quality or Technical administration, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong IT and English skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
