Regional Sales Manager

As a key member of the Hales Group Limited team, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the UK and Ireland territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Development: Create and manage an effective distribution channel that aligns with the company's vision, values, and strategy.
  • Account Management: Proactively address identified accounts within municipal and industrial end-users, contractors, and consultants to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Sales Performance: Ensure distributors and purchasers receive adequate support to achieve targets in product and market sales.
  • Product Promotion: Utilize specification sales techniques to promote the company's unique sales points and maximize the leverage of product quality and brand reputation.
  • Pricing and Margin Management: Maintain correct pricing and margin recovery levels in accordance with the company's approved business plan and product strategies.
