Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Rooms Preventative to join our team at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces.
  • Inspect and repair grout and caulking, replace light fixtures, and ensure all necessary hardware and appliances are present and in working order.
  • Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms in accordance with property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines.
  • Perform miscellaneous minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
  • Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
