Job Title: Head of Art and Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Art and Design to join our team at Paramount. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the design team and overseeing the development of all visual assets for our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team and develop talent
  • Art direct still photography shoots and get the best results from designers and retouchers
  • Work across mainstream design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Develop and maintain style guides and ensure they are understood and adhered to by the team
  • Collaborate with creatives and producers to ensure all assets are delivered to the highest creative standard
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in all stages of the design process for multiplatform campaigns
  • Expertise in leading design teams and developing talent
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Ability to bring teams together and improve both the workflows and the creative quality of a team's output
