Head of Art and Design

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Art and Design to join our team at Paramount. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the design of our unified brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Art direct still photography shoots and create key art for multiplatform campaigns
- Lead motion graphics and branding projects, working closely with internal teams and external agencies
- Develop and maintain style guides, ensuring they are understood and adhered to by all team members
- Collaborate with creatives and producers to deliver high-quality assets on time and to budget
- Extensive experience in design leadership, with a proven track record of delivering creative excellence
- Expertise in art directing stills shoots and post-production processes
- Proficiency in mainstream design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of 2D/3D motion graphics software and workflows
- Ability to work within tight budgets and timeframes while delivering creative brilliance
