Transformative Art and Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Head of Art and Design to spearhead our creative team and drive the development of innovative, captivating visual experiences across all our platforms.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented designers, overseeing the creation of all design assets, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting artwork that stands out, cuts through the noise, and resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design teams and develop talent to deliver exceptional results
  • Art direct still photography shoots and create key art that elevates our brand
  • Develop and maintain style guides, ensuring adherence to our visual identity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive creative projects forward
  • Provide visual mentorship and ensure all assets meet the highest creative standards
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in design process, from ideation to execution
  • Expertise in leading design teams and developing talent
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong understanding of 2D/3D motion graphics software and workflows
  • Ability to bring teams together and improve workflows and creative quality
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
