Pharmacy Manager

Work Environment

The Pharmacy Manager role will require you to operate between two key locations, facilitating collaboration and service delivery across both facilities.

Our hospitals are equipped with state-of-the-art resources, designed to meet the needs of our patients effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Active registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Clinical Diploma or equivalent experience in clinical pharmacy
  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity, including staff evaluations, development, and training
  • Proficiency with electronic inventory management systems
  • Experience in developing policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Background in audit and data analysis
  • Desirable: Experience in budget management and change initiatives
  • Desirable: Experience in developing business cases
