Work Environment

The Pharmacy Manager role involves regular travel between facilities, ensuring comprehensive oversight and management of pharmacy operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Valid registration as a Pharmacist with the GPhC - General Pharmaceutical Council Clinical Diploma or equivalent clinical pharmacist experience Proven experience in a managerial capacity, including staff evaluations, development, and training Proficiency with electronic inventory management systems Experience in developing policies, procedures, and guidelines Background in audit and data analysis Desirable: Budget management and change management experience Desirable: Experience in developing business cases
