Work Environment

The Pharmacy Operations Manager will split their time between multiple facilities, traveling regularly to ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

Valid registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Clinical Diploma or equivalent clinical pharmacy experience Proven experience in a managerial capacity, including staff evaluation, development, and training Proficiency with electronic inventory management systems Experience in developing policies, procedures, and guidelines Skills in audit and data analysis Experience in budget management and change initiatives – preferred Familiarity with business case development – preferred
