Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
* Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management on policy, best practices, and processes
* Maintain accurate records and data systems, including time and attendance
* Support the HR Manager in monitoring the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans
* Assist with general HR administration, including producing letters, contracts, and induction packs

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in HR administration and employee relations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Familiarity with HR systems and software
