Job Opportunity: HR Coordinator

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and guidance on HR-related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
* Serve as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide advice on policy, best practices, and processes
* Work with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans
* Update and maintain the time and attendance system and other data systems
* Assist with general HR administration, including producing letters, contracts of employment, and induction packs
* Support with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
* Assist with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system
