We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing company to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator. This is a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £29,500. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration. Key responsibilities include:

* Assisting with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence, and deputising for the HR Advisor in their absence
* Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and providing HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
* Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans to ensure efficient completion
* Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system, along with any other data systems
* Assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packs
* Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
* Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. They will also have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, with the ability to provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
