We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing company to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator. This will be a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £29,500. The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration. Key responsibilities include assisting with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence, as well as deputising for the HR Advisor in their absence. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes. They will also work with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices, and training plans. Furthermore, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for updating and maintaining the time and attendance system, as well as assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, and induction packs. The role also involves supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training, as well as assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes. The successful candidate will be a point of contact for all general HR related queries and will be able to manage the HR inbox. The company offers a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
