About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Leader to join our team as our Head of Nursing Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the development of clinical strategies and models of care.
  • Work closely with our Hospital Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care that meets the highest clinical standards and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a robust framework for clinical governance, including monitoring clinical outcomes and analysing data for KPIs, Clinical Risk, and Audit.
  • Collaborate with our Group Director of Nursing to develop and deliver a comprehensive nursing strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and allied health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered NMC Nurse or HPCP registered with significant experience in an equivalent role in the acute/independent sector.
  • Proven budgetary and financial management experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective clinical governance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
