Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to support the development of clinical strategies and models of care.
- Work closely with our Hospital Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care that meets the highest clinical standards and outcomes.
- Develop and implement a robust framework for clinical governance, including monitoring clinical outcomes and analysing data for KPIs, Clinical Risk, and Audit.
- Collaborate with our Group Director of Nursing to develop and deliver a comprehensive nursing strategy that aligns with our organisational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and allied health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Registered NMC Nurse or HPCP registered with significant experience in an equivalent role in the acute/independent sector.
- Proven budgetary and financial management experience.
- Ability to develop and implement effective clinical governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
