We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our new home in Gillingham. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong leader who can manage, coordinate, and develop quality services for young people.
The successful candidate will have a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, proven experience in completing at least one Ofsted inspection as a registered manager, and minimum of 2 years of management experience in a children's home.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high occupancy levels and take proactive measures to prevent placement breakdowns.
- Deliver care, education, and health plan objectives.
- Ensure all aspects of safeguarding are addressed and managed.
- Collaborate with young people, their families, the placing local authority, and other professionals.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonuses. As a Registered Manager, you will be accountable to the Responsible Individual and collaborate with other Registered Managers and the Senior Management Team to ensure operational excellence and adherence to standards.
