We have a Broker role available in our Integrated Brokerage Team in Brokerage and Commissioning Services, which offers an excellent opportunity to work as a part of a great team bringing your expertise and skills to the next level. You will be working as part of a team helping individuals, their families, hospitals, and social care staff to ensure people are able to access a safe and effective care package and aid their discharge from hospital. You will manage information on the service area's systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage information on the service area's systems and databases.
  • Work as part of a team to help individuals, their families, hospitals, and social care staff access safe and effective care packages.
  • Aid the discharge of individuals from hospital.
