About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living Service in Northwich, Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health and learning disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication management and personal care
  • Encourage and support individuals to access community resources and engage in activities that promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and confidence
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • A 16 hour contract available, working 2 days a week, with the option to increase to 28 hours (4 days a week)

Requirements
  • No prior experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • A passion for working with adults with mental health and learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
