Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in our supported living service in Northwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a supported living environment
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social inclusion
  • Working as part of a small team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, full training provided
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Full UK driving license required (Motability car available)
  • £15,963 per year (based on £12.00 per hour plus £50 sleep rate)
