Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Coach to join our team. As a Development Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring sales professionals throughout their course, delivering structured feedback, and providing initiatives to help learners evidence their learning and embed the training into their day-to-day job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor learners to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors within their day-to-day role.
  • Guide learners through skills development opportunities, helping them build a portfolio of evidence using application logs.
  • Support learners to meet the requirements of their development time and follow designed curriculum, scheme of work, and session plans.
  • Plan stretch and challenge activities to support learners to achieve distinction at end-point assessment.
  • Effectively manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners, applying suitable interventions with learners who may become disengaged.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders and line managers to provide timely reports on learner performance.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for learning and development, and the value of apprenticeships.
  • Have experience in B2B sales or people management, and present a professional, credible, knowledgeable approach.
  • Be able to encourage and guide learners to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors within their day-to-day role.
