About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague in Castleford Express. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Be knowledgeable about store products and services, making recommendations to customers
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25
  • Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours
