About the Role

As a seasoned SAP Transformation Senior Consultant, you will be part of the Finance Transformation Advisory practice at Capgemini Invent, driving business growth and delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the Finance Transformation advisory consulting business by supporting RFP/RFIs, cultivating trusted advisor relationships, and creating points of view that drive client value.
  • Design and deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, leveraging your SAP Finance expertise and collaborating with Capgemini Invent and the broader Capgemini group.
  • Understand current and future client needs, applying insights to recommend short and long-term value creation and ensuring the quality of work is truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization with experience in selling and delivering Finance solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Proven SAP S/4 HANA Finance design and delivery experience, or SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solution Architecture experience.
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, or in industry with a Consulting background.
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery, as well as extensive SAP implementation experience using SAP business applications and technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pronounced capability to define the business impact of technologies and implications for wider business.
  • Self-motivated, highly analytical, and strategic approach.
