About the Role

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Senior Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Advisory practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will have hands-on design and delivery experience on S/4HANA software functionalities in the larger context of finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Finance Transformation advisory consulting business by supporting RFP/RFIs, cultivating trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, and creating points of view that drive client value.
  • Support the design and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by leveraging your SAP Finance expertise.
  • Understand current and future client needs and apply insights to recommend short- and long-term value creation for the client.
  • Ensure the quality of work is truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization with experience in selling and delivering Finance solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Proven SAP S/4 HANA Finance design and delivery and/or SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solution Architecture experience.
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.
  • Extensive SAP implementation experience using SAP business applications and technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a pronounced capability to define the business impact of technologies (SAP S/4HANA and others) and implications for wider business.
  • Self-motivated, highly analytical with a strategic approach.
