Collaborating as a team to meet company objectives, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you achieve your goals. This position involves both office and field responsibilities.
Benefits:
• Basic salary of £28,600
• Company vehicle provided
• 25 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays
• Pension scheme with contributions ranging from 7% to 10%
Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying potential clients and securing new business to meet targeted profit margins.
• Visiting prospective customers in the vicinity, providing point-of-use materials.
• Managing and enhancing existing accounts to ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and adaptability to evolving demands.
• Maintaining regular contact with current clients, monitoring trading activities, and maximizing opportunities for additional business.
• Preparing quotations in accordance with the established pricing strategy and renegotiating terms when necessary.
• Coordinating logistics to ensure services are delivered at the required frequency.
• Collecting and updating market intelligence within the local area, observing competitor activities (services and pricing), and communicating findings as needed.
Required/Desired Experience:
• Eagerness to learn
• Background in commercial sales/B2B or a similar customer-centric field
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexible, diligent, and capable of working independently
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
