Your exceptional attention to detail and passion for the luxury hotel industry will ensure that as a Housekeeping Associate at Cardiff's newest and most prestigious hotel, you will set impeccable standards and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and immaculate presentation in our guest bedrooms.

What We're Looking For:

This important role calls for an individual who is able to achieve the same consistent standards and outstanding productivity. You will take pride in ensuring that all bedrooms achieve the exacting five-star standards expected by our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean all assigned check-out and stay-over rooms according to The Parkgate Hotel standard.

Remove all room service trays and items left in rooms.

Report all maintenance requests to Floor housekeepers.

Ensure that all guest corridors, lift landing areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and kept properly at all times.

Perform related duties and special assignments as and when required.
