Role Overview:

The PAM Solutions Architect will be responsible for the architecture, design, and deployment of privileged access management solutions tailored to meet the security needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Create and implement Beyond Trust PAM solutions that align with the organization’s security objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs). Collaborate closely with client stakeholders through workshops and consultation sessions.
  • Administration and Support: Facilitate the transition of PAM solutions into operational status. Generate documentation to assist the Operations Team, including run books and troubleshooting guides.
  • Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices and policies related to privileged access management. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Work with compliance teams to provide necessary documentation and reports.
  • Collaboration and Training: Partner with IT, security, and development teams to ensure PAM solutions meet business requirements. Create and deliver training materials for IT personnel and end-users on PAM best practices. Participate in incident response efforts, providing expertise on privileged access-related incidents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, threats, and advancements in PAM and cybersecurity. Identify opportunities for enhancements to improve the efficiency and security of PAM solutions. Lead and engage in PAM-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in IT security with a focus on identity and access management, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Beyond Trust PAM solutions in architectural roles. Proven experience in designing and implementing PAM architectures in large-scale environments.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of PAM principles and best practices, strong familiarity with the Beyond Trust PAM suite, including Password Safe and Privilege Management. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Beyond Trust Certified Implementation Engineer, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly regarded.
