Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of Beyond Trust PAM solutions tailored to meet the security needs of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs). Collaborate closely with client stakeholders through workshops and consultation sessions.

Administration and Support:

  • Facilitate the transition of PAM solutions into operational status. Create essential documentation for the Operations Team, including run books and troubleshooting guides.

Security and Compliance:

  • Enforce security best practices and policies regarding privileged access management.
  • Conduct regular security evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Work alongside compliance and audit teams to provide necessary documentation and reports.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Engage with IT, security, and development teams to ensure PAM solutions align with business objectives.
  • Create and deliver training materials for IT personnel and end-users on PAM best practices and usage. Participate in incident response efforts, providing expertise in managing privileged access-related incidents.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, threats, and technologies related to PAM and cybersecurity.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve the efficiency and security of PAM solutions.
  • Lead and contribute to PAM-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience in IT security, focusing on identity and access management.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Beyond Trust PAM solutions in architectural roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing PAM architectures within large enterprise environments.

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of PAM principles and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of the Beyond Trust PAM suite, including Password Safe and Privilege Management.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as Beyond Trust Certified Implementation Engineer, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly regarded.
