Customer Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an After Sales and Service Manager at ACS Business Performance Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical support staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10 technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our technical support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to technical support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex customer issues.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, repairs, sales, and finance teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing a team of technical support staff, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge, with experience in electrical and electronic systems, circuit diagrams, and wiring.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics, mechanical engineering, or computer science.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance, and a minimum of 23 days holiday per annum. We also offer a long service scheme, with holiday increasing to a maximum of 28 days per annum.
