As a key member of our Commercial Services Contact Centre, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and stakeholders, ensuring accurate assistance and support through our 24/7 non-emergency call handling service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer operational calls and provide accurate assistance using appropriate software and triaging tools.
  • Form part of a team of Call Handlers who provide the first point of contact with telephone callers to the Trust, working rotating shifts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including day and night shifts, and weekends.
  • 37.5 hours per week, 8 hour shift.
