About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and culture change initiatives. As the Head of EDI and Culture, you will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to drive employee engagement, promote a culture of inclusivity, and ensure that our organization's practices and policies are equitable and non-discriminatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of our EDI and culture change strategy, plans, and initiatives to enable delivery of our People plan and strategic vision.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive employee engagement, meet our goals, and promote a culture of inclusivity.
  • Oversee the annual staff survey, survey results, and communication plan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to address workforce and service challenges, and undertake major change to ensure we achieve our local and strategic goals.
  • Provide assurance to the Trust committee and Board that our organization's practices and policies are equitable and non-discriminatory.
