Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate and implement HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR Shared Services setting or a similar high-volume administration role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex issues.
