Internal Sales Executive

About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximising business potential through the management and development of existing customer accounts and offering tailored solutions. You will make client and supplier visits, identify and follow up on sales leads, and work collaboratively with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise business potential through the management and development of existing customer accounts and offering tailored solutions.
  • Make client and supplier visits to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and follow up on sales leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with market developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Negotiate the best prices with suppliers to ensure maximum value for the company.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Negotiating and pricing skills.
  • Key account management experience.
