About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at phs Group Head Office in Caerphilly. As a key member of our National Health & Safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the business remains compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our National Health & Safety Managers and all phs sites in maintaining accurate data for legally required reporting, performance monitoring, and measurement needs.
  • Review customer audits, update Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes, and provide support to customers and account managers via phone and email queries.
  • Complete customer Hazard Waste Registrations and quarterly returns.
  • Review submitted incident information and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective incident management.
Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have experience in health and safety compliance, data management, and customer service.
