About the Role

M-Sport UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chassis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of championship-winning competition cars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed diagnosis and innovative development to the highest standard to enhance maximum performance.
  • Deliver innovative engineering solutions from initial concepts through to production.
  • Ensure the competition car complies with FIA technical regulations.
  • Create high-quality technical documentation and details of technical upgrades.
  • Identify potential performance or reliability improvements.
  • Provide vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve the competition car's performance.
Requirements
  • Education to MEng or BEng degree level in Motorsport or Automotive Engineering.
  • Thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
  • Experience of data logging and analysis software.
  • Ability to produce technical documents and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar chassis engineering role in the motorsport industry.
