Job Title: Receptionist - Private Medical

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at EG On The Move. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support for the head office switchboard, handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
  • Efficiently transfer calls and relay messages to the relevant team members
  • Meet and greet visitors and clients, providing refreshments and ensuring a professional and courteous experience
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records and systems
  • Arrange couriers and distribute or post letters and supplies for dispatch
  • Order stationery and office supplies, including cleaning materials
  • Ensure the reception area, including meeting rooms and kitchen areas, are kept clean and tidy
  • Update and maintain relevant reception function systems, processes, and procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including word processing, updating records, and photocopying
  • Liaise closely with senior colleagues to ensure company literature is up-to-date and stock levels are replenished
  • Report faults immediately to the management team and take appropriate action

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year receptionist experience
  • Extremely professional and highly organized
