This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of our training centres in the region, ensuring a high standard of facilities and compliance with health and safety and safeguarding requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or training provision, with excellent communication and administrative skills. They will be responsible for:

  • Providing keyholder and emergency support for all centres within the region.
  • Contributing to the training and development of the regional team.
  • Maintaining facilities to a high standard, ensuring all health and safety and safeguarding requirements are met.
  • Providing front-of-house and invigilation support as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The successful candidate will have:

  • GCSE maths and English A-C or equivalent.
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with ad-hoc issues using a problem-solving approach.
  • Current driving licence and use of a vehicle.
