Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
  • Assisting with meal times and ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met
  • Engaging with residents in activities and providing a listening ear when needed
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not essential, as we provide comprehensive training)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • Committed to providing person-centred care and support
