POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a dedicated and innovative Trade Marketing Manager who will spearhead both company-wide and brand-specific trade marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal during a transformative phase for Harpar Grace International, focusing on our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio across diverse channels and sectors.

The Trade Marketing Manager will be a proactive and skilled professional responsible for crafting, implementing, and maintaining a successful trade activity strategy that aligns with our dynamic market approach. This position is crucial for promoting a cohesive range of luxury skincare and wellness products and services.

Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Commercial Director, Sales Teams, and Transformation Lead, this energetic role will oversee HGI's marketing activities across all trade channels. This will be supported by thorough analysis and insights to enhance customer engagement and acquisition, ultimately driving sales performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Understand and align with HGI's long-term strategy to ensure trade marketing efforts support broader company objectives.
  • Manage shared P&L responsibilities, providing both proactive and reactive strategies to meet targets.
  • Participate in key strategic meetings and present trade marketing updates to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to execute effective lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance against established plans.

Brand Management & Positioning

  • Act as the internal and external representative of the HGI brand, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Support the selective distribution strategy while enhancing brand visibility.
  • Maintain HGI brand equity across all channels, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Ensure all trade-related processes provide a seamless experience for stakeholders.
  • Establish a strong presence within the industry to bolster brand positioning.
  • Ensure alignment with HGI brand guidelines in all communications.
  • Develop case studies and training materials to support brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to optimize brand presence online.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Create comprehensive trade marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee communication efforts to all trade audiences across various brands.
  • Develop an annual calendar of trade activities and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Identify key objectives, target audiences, messaging, and channels for each campaign.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Produce engaging trade communications that drive revenue.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts.
  • Develop a PR strategy aimed at key opinion leaders in trade sectors.

Content Development

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including copy, design, and multimedia content.
  • Lead the planning and execution of engaging social media content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing support teams to create compelling campaign content.
  • Support educational initiatives that highlight the clinical efficacy of HGI's brands.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences throughout their journey.
  • Develop tools to support sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Manage events that promote the HGI brand and drive sales.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track brand performance and manage trade P&Ls effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Utilize data insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in campaign management and lead generation.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including CRM, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
