Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) within the material management system.
  • Conduct inspections and authorize incoming packaging materials.
  • Oversee sampling processes and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Participate in the qualification process for new materials and suppliers.
  • Execute routine analyses and identify any quality-related issues.
  • Support audit processes and activities involving regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in managing changes and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required; a two-year degree with relevant experience is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capability to meet project deadlines and adhere to established processes.
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and occasionally work overtime or weekends.
  • Capacity to lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
