As a Senior Care Support Specialist, your daily responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from general assistance to specialized support for residents with dementia. You will aid residents in their daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, dining, hydration, and mobility. Your role will also involve creating a homely atmosphere within their living spaces.

Engaging in enjoyable activities such as games, shopping excursions, and live entertainment will be part of your routine, allowing you to forge meaningful connections with residents and their families.

Respecting the choices, dignity, and independence of each resident is paramount. You will play a crucial role in the development of personalized Care Plans, ensuring that you are attuned to any specific support requirements.
